General Terms and Conditions of GINTA LEVI

Ginta Levi’s General Terms and Conditions will apply exclusively to agreements made in the GintaLevi Online Store (regarding Ginta Levi, you should read these T&Cs carefully before purchasing any product as they contain important information about it).

2. Product information and availability
2.1 We take reasonable precautions to ensure that product descriptions and photos are accurate and up to date. The actual colors you see on your computer may vary depending on the monitor you use. Therefore, we are able to guarantee that the images of the products you see are an accurate representation of the products.
2.2 during periods of significantly higher demand and lower stock availability, such as during our seasonal sales, there is a risk of items being out of stock.

3.2 you warrant that the personal and payment information in your order is accurate, current and complete in all respects.
3.3 when your order with us is at the end of the online checkout process, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order and details of the products you ordered as well as your order number. Please note that only after receiving payment for your order will we confirm it.
3.4 Your order may be canceled for any reason at our sole discretion, but will normally be for the following reasons:
3.4.1 the goods are not available.
3.4.2 we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment;
3.4.3 there has been an error on our part in the price or description of the products;
4. Shipping and delivery
4.1 If you place your order before 4pm we will process it that same day.
4.2 Your order will be sent by post or TNT, unless otherwise agreed. Deliveries will be made between 3 and 5 business days.
4.3 Expenses due to incorrect information may be transferred to the customer. Ginta Levi will not be responsible for any delays or other inconvenience to the customer resulting from incorrect address.
4.4 Ginta Levi will notify the customer immediately in the event of problems with the relevant delivery. In the event of a withdrawal by Ginta Levi, the customer will be refunded the payment made immediately.

5. Returns, exchanges and refunds
5.1 The customer has the right to make a return without specifying reasons within a return period of 14 days. The return period will begin upon receipt of the products. Please notify us for return or exchange by email or phone. Please ensure that you provide a clear statement indicating your wish to make a return, the order number and details of the products you wish to return. Return shipping will be financed by the customer.

5.2 Items must be returned in their original, unused condition (with original packaging), with all tags attached. If labels or tags are removed, the products will be considered used.
5.3 When you return products for which you have received a discount or special offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if it is below the discount threshold (e.g. purchasing multiple items) and the refund will be adjusted accordingly. . Any free promotional gift you receive with an order will also have to be returned with the rest of the products if you wish to return the merchandise with which said gift was associated.
5.4 Your right to return the order does not apply to certain types of products such as:

5.4.2 Underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
